Madeleine muffins

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Granulated sugar (100 g, ½ cup)
- Flour (150 g, 1¼ cup)
- Butter (125 g, 1 stick)
- Zest of one lemon
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 210 °C (410 °F).
Beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture becomes creamy.
Add the melted butter.
Incorporate the flour, one spoonful at a time, while beating the mixture.
Butter the pan, then fill each cavity with one heaping tablespoon of batter.
Bake for 10 minutes.
